as you can see on the UPDATED list, i changed "SUNSHINE" (Phyllisia ft. Kanye West), I think that song sucks more than "I gotta Feeling"

oh yeah. i was putting "i gotta feeling" even though i really didn't like it much because the songs that were in my list are 2009 EXCLUSIVES, some leaks, and not yet released(except for Dope Boys, released 2007/8)

only in the menus, son. there is a thread here though that replaces songs in-game (i think it's called "R.A.P." something, just look it up in the forums)
