You did fine job with kemp, just try to make him a bit skinnier (built just like garnett) and shaw has a lot lighter skin

im quite unsure of how to actaully do it.i think i did it once by accident but im still to get good at the whole alpha thing. i just save it at a normal dds ( no colours) then drag onto the old one. lol.
