Very nice.. another excellent CF. What I suggest you fix is his eyebrows, edit the shape of it a bit so that it looks like in his portrait. And revise the side of his nose down too, it's too snake-like. To add to that, maybe stretch his mouth out a bit. If you get that right then it's even better, but if not dont worry, he's fine as it is.
