Can you add Poland? I done jerseys on 2009 year with numbers, I have CFs for 10 players. Portaits are no problem.
I have also logos but you're doing it in your style. So, can you?

if you can remember I helped editing the databse files for the roster until I stopped to study and KidJustin took over for me and did a great job editing and fixing the database files...
now my exams are over and I was succesfull and made it to an university for studying law...from now on I will have enough time to start editing the roster again and help you with the mode if you wish...especially I could help now KidJustin adding the rookies and making the new trades and signings...
so guys let me know if you need any help I would be happy helping editing and patching for this mod again

Just wanted to thank everyone who worked on TUP 09.

My 2cents - with each passing year speech files have become more and more outdated. That seems to be the last great breakthrough needed, to edit those. Too bad EA doesn't throw a bone to pc users & release an updated speech patch each year. Of course, they probably don't give 2shits the announcers don't say Donte Greene's name after hitting a game-winning 3pointer, but it's a pain in the neck...

A few years back with Audy you could hack the speech files - piecing together first and last names. That was better than nothing, adding/editing audio files would make the game come to life...we can dream, eh?

Would be glad to contribute as a beta tester, also can do .dbf/graphics work as needed, though there is plenty of talent out there already, as far as that goes. Great work everyone, much appreciated.

So is there a list of people helping so far?

I've been doing some thinking, here's what I planned to do:

- sigshots for all the first round rookies, just like I did last year
- go-to moves for some of the first round rookies (not everyone of them have/need a go-to move)
- update sigshots for current NBA players whose sigshots are currently inaccurate
- update go-to moves for current NBA players whose go-to moves are currently inaccurate
- try to give players a "signature fadeaway", "signature leaner", "signature left / right jumper". I cant offer any guarantees on this one, it's a work in progress and I haven't succeed so far but I'll keep working on it.

And once all the works in the animation field are done I might make some CFs but only if those players really need one. I might also make CFs for the top draft picks eg. Griffin, Thabeet, Rubio, etc.


I'm now doing research about how these rookies shoot their jumpshot. If you guys ever come across a useful video clip of how they shoot please do post it. Any information about their go-to moves (if they have one) is also appreciated.

MingYaoxD, that rivalry thing is a little hard i know you can edit it with .dbf editting, but i don't remember someone being succesful with it.

Andrew, what updates do u do exactly to your roster?

because since the last time we used ur roster as a base we've done the following major changes and i want to see what i should keep and what should be copied to ur roster for TUP10.. lota hard work on TUP09 that i would hate to see go to waste.

...im mainly concerned about the player/appearance dbf's cuz of all the work we did with height and weight updates for ALL players. we did a lot of work on fixing stats too, but those changes anyways so i welcome any stats updates you come up with.

also i've completed the 2009 draft class (first and second round), i just need to update the DOB and school number.
however i'm missing things like stats, gtm, sigshots, hotspots...and then of course the cf's
so i'll need help with that part...(haaaaanis)

by the way...who did the team turn to for the 08 rookie cf's? i'd like to ask them if they are getting started on it and if i can share with them what player packages i'll be using so we all match up

oh yeah, can anyone give me the official TUP 10 logo so i can personally make the icon. thanks in advance.
