Share the biggest/silliest trade that happened in your association.
Here's mine, just 2 days left before the trade deadline, I was surprised when the 76ers offered Iggy and their 2009 2nd draft pick for Wally Sczerbiak.

Of course I accepted it.

The Blazers once offered me Brandon Roy and Martell Webster for Shaun Livingston. It'd be foolish not to accept it.

Maybe
this will help you believe in this miracle.
Something else?

I have trade override off in my association and as I said, the Blazers offered this trade, not me.
It wasn't any cheat and it's not a lie. There's no reason for me to lie.
By the time the trade was made, Roy was about 88 overall, Webster 77 and Livingston 75-76 I think, I started from default rosters (only made a few trades, like Iverson-Billups), so it's not the ratings. It's not my fault that the CPU was that stupid.

WTF? Ryan Gomes for Josh Smith + 2nd rounder is another crazy trade. Good thing these stupid trades have never happened to me and my associations yet.

LOL. My 40 year old shaq on the verge of retirement for Kaman, Camby, and some other random Clippers player. Seriously the AI is just as dumb as F*** in this game. But if I see some useless/imbalanced trades, I resign position, turn on trade override, then rescind the trade. I also don't accept trades like this. To maintain the realism of the game. IMO.

Marko Jaric + Joe Alexander for Andris Biedrins.
Looking for a quality center, i traded a nobody and a promising rookie. But I stole Golden State.
In another associantion, now discontinued, Chicago offered Drew Gooden for Marko Jaric

Nene for Lee, Harrington
It seems great but i think Nene would be better then Lee and Harrington was in his last year.

Pau Gasol and Sacha Vujacic for Nate Robinson and Stephon Marbury.
I guess Robinson is a great acquisition but I still think it's outrageous that the Lakers would even consider trading Gasol.

Who else was involved? It can't be just those two, their salaries don't match.
Wed Jun 24, 2009 2:12 pm
Well i put Miller on the trading block and Shaq appeared, no one else

Doesn't matter if you got cap space.
I got Shaq myself in a 2009/2010 season when he had 1 year contract left for 20 million. Don't know who I actually traded him for but definitely more players and less contract value. I think I also threw in a 1st round draft pick as I had already drafted and traded for many young talents of the 2009 draft (actually the nr.9 pick - my starting PG and rookie of the year - was involved in the same trade). Re-signed Shaq for 5 million and a team option for another year. I'm now in the postseason, think I'll lift the option although he is 38 and tires quickly he can still dominate parts of the game.

I may want to trade Shaq in the future, that's why I wanted to know. I agree that Shaq can still dominate but I'd rather take someone with potential then keeping him.

Sure but the rest of my team is young and talented. (Sophomore PG, 3rd year PF, sophomore 6th man, sophomore back-up PG, 3rd year back-up PF).
I'm not sure that he will be my starter next season, I have a pretty talented back-up center too (rookie) but Shaq is still way better. Probably that margin will shift.
