You create a thread about it, it sticks.
So if you create a thread how a playboy you are, it will probably stick too.

Try telling them that.

Speaking of people not being fit, count me in. I can't even do a 60 lbs. press. Damn it. I really need to get in back in shape again.

I too have a weight issue, but the other way round. I'm in shape and everything but I need to gain weight. That hasn't been an easy thing to do so far.

I just sprained my goddamn ankle on the court, of course the same foot I sprained like 5 times in the past (it's never the other foot :| ), and it hurts like a bitch.
The way home from the park was one of the longest walks I had in a long time ..

That sucks, sorry to hear it. I've been similar with my ankle sprains, I seem to have had worse luck with my right ankle thanks to a couple of nights out on the town in the past four years.

Once you've sprained an ankle the next time you fall down it's highly likely to be the same ankle again that's sprained. I've sprained my right ankle around 5 months ago, it healed faster than I expected but it still hurts like hell. Make sure you put ice on it and then some sort of pain relief gel afterwards.

They don't hurt if you are wrapping your hands correctly and hitting the bag with gloves.

Putting on the gloves would probably calm me down already. I dont think anybody will have enough patience to put on the glove when they're about to explode. Anyway, I was just joking back there. ;)

Modifly will kick not punch , this guy is not a boxer anyways . . .
He's a Thai , ye all know that Thai people do Kickboxing .
So the next time you pissed this Thai off , look out for his feet not the fists .

Well, I'm not quite sure about that. ;) I wasn't pissed off or anything though. Anyway, I'm quite sure that when I'm really pissed off I wont stop and think whether I should go feet first or fist first. ;) Anything that conveniences me in that particular situation really.

It's Muay Thai, not kickboxing. They are similar but really different.

I wouldn't want to mess with Modifly too. Here's a pic of him:
