I think the idea is great but you should make this new t-shirts more random in the crowd, otherwise you may have a uniformed crowd you know, like a whole crowd in blue superman t-shirts, which is not realistic. In other words, the crowd of the courts is based on repetition, so you if you make one or two shirts of the same type in the iff, there will be many of them in the crowd, so basicly it's a matter of finding the best number of repetition for a realistic crowd. Try using Real game pictures as base for comparison.

Despite that detail, it's a great idea to make the game more realistic.
Keep that work! Maybe you should make all 30 Teams crowds.
