theyve already been made.
i think it was a Jowe/Barnsey jersey pack that had the home/away with good textures and the red one was made perfect by Kobe8rice41

^oh ok thanks man...
but i just needed the all the raptors jerseys because i downloaded the red raps alternate and when i went to play the game, it just went over the purple away... so now i only have the white home jersey... and the red alternate for away........

then youre not installing it right.
you have to do some teamgear.DBF editing to add completely new jerseys into the game. theres intructions on how to do it in the download and its fairly simple with DBFcommander

the problem now is that the alternate is gone....
