Is there any specific format on selecting players on every team's roster? (for example 3 Centers, 4 Forwards, and 5 Guards then the IR slots can be the left overs of the selections)

We might skip the O'Bannons.

I don't think we necessarily need to have a rigid criteria for the teams since some classes are stronger than others and deeper at certain positions but preferably something along those lines wherever possible so we can at least have a "proper" starting five for each class.

That's what I was thinking. For most classes there'll probably be very little debate at least amongst the cream of the crop.

I've already contacted mr.BAYAG and we got the go signal for those CFs he got from his classic teams

Well, I've already invited suggestions for that. The best of the best will be obvious choices but there might be some debate in the players that round out the teams for each class.

I'm thinking twelve man rosters would be more appropriate, at least for some classes. Particularly deep classes we might be able to stretch out to 15.

I've also started on teams wordmarks, jerseys and assembling shoes for this mod.

Wow, updated logo looks great. And I think that 12 players for all classes would be fine. Accept maybe 2003, 1996 and other, which has numerous great players.

2003 could be like this :
