Damn. Can't believe you blew that 3-1 lead. Though it contradicts my prediction, go Stealth!

X, I think virtual X can lead your side to a Game 7 victory. Denver too talented to lose in first round.

Lamrock, I was very very angry I dropped Game 5 and pretty mad that my players were so shit in Game 6... my lack of a consistent outside scoring threat has killed my chances I think. So this offseason, expect me to sign a few more three shooters.

And thanks for the support guys. I will send the Lakers home in Game 7... looks like a lot of you got the right prediction... at the time I was expecting to sweep the Lakers after my wins in Games 1 and 2.

It wouldn't be exciting if the Lakers get a handicap. You already have homecourt advantage.

Breaking News

Durant, Tyson Will Start Game 7

April 28, 2010

SEATTLE (AP) – After an ugly locker room spat in Game 6, Geroge Karl has decided against punishing NBA leading scorer Kevin Durant and rookie Reshawn Tyson by benching them. It is good news for Seattle fans who were outraged that the veteran coach was thinking about benching the duo for their involvement in a locker room fracas.

“I understand that the Coach needs to take control sometimes and show who is boss but please don’t do it in the most important game of the season so far,” one reader wrote into the Seattle Investigator. Another reader echoed those sentiments, “If George Karl benches Durant and Tyson and costs us a ticket to the second round, he should be fired.”

The Stealth decided to fine the two players instead of benching them and stated that the aim for the team is to stay focussed ahead of its Game 7 encounter with the Los Angeles Lakers. Seattle has failed twice to close out the series after holding a 3-1 win and are hoping that they can complete the series tommorow night.

Jackson: These Are My Last Playoffs

April 28, 2010

LOS ANGELES (AP) – It is official. Phil Jackson has announced that these are his last playoffs and if the Lakers don't pull out a win against the Seattle Stealth, it will put an end to Jackson's coaching career and legacy. The nine-time championship winner, six titles with the Bulls and three with the Lakers, has looked tired for much of the 2009-10 season and his hip has not done him any favours.

Furthermore, the coach has had several vocal battles with his star player Kobe Bryant. Bryant, who denies that he and Jackson are on bad terms, stated, "We need to win Game 7 for Phil. We need to send him off with a tenth ring."

NEWS FLASH
-AP LA, California
Yemeni Feranski

Sources are telling me that there may be more to Phil Jackson's retirement. Just speculating here, but could the Federal Investigation hovering over the Lakers have deeper roots than previously known?

Sucks Mark didn't make the All-Rookie 1st Team....in my eyes, he was at least 4th best rookie at worst (behind Chara, myself & Steele)....shame they don't just pick best 5 rookies for All-Rookie teams....

happy to make All-Rookie 1st Team....will be more happy if I can help Nuggets advance past 1st Round though (Y)

Coach of the year is pretty surprising, seeing the Sixers only won 37 games..

It's ridiculous that Melo or any Nugget could not make the even the All-NBA 3rd team since we were 2nd best team in West (N)

You should know by now that the award system for 2k is F'd up. Though I found a way to fix the All NBA teams and the All Rookie teams. Hehehe.

P.S. How in the world did you get another DOPY? In my game Howard's already a four time winner (consecutive). It's kinda pissing me off.
