I had to reduce the image 'cause the game uses 640x480 files...

Hi, this is my first post here, I'm a big fan of the Live series and I hope I'll be a member of the forum for a long time to come.


I just downloaded SUM08 and I was very eager to check it out. But, since I'm a noob when it comes to things like this I probably did something wrong which caused me to have some problems with it. Namely, all the new players who weren't included in the original rosters have black heads, the new jerseys don't seem to work and every time I start a new game while trying to use one of the new courts, the whole thing crashes. As I said before, these are probably the effects of my own mistakes, but I'd still be very grateful if anyone told me what to do about it.

you have to enable customart firts!


How to enable CustomArt?

Please follow these steps:

- Locate xstartup.cfg in the main\cscripts folder within the main game folder folder. By default, the path will be C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 2003\main\cscripts
- Open xstartup.cfg using Notepad.
- Locate the line customart 0
- Change this to read customart 1
- Save the changes, close the file

Hi, I see when I playing it.
I played with Memphis. When I see Mayo's stats on bottom, the background is brown.
Do you know how can you fix it?

1. Open the overlay file.
2. Open the me. (Memphis)
3. Open clr1 and color it to navy blue or light blue.

i think this mod is fantastic, but for some reason, the game crashes when i was playing season mode as the Suns. the weird thing is it crashes if i play against some teams(crashes after finishing loading but before play starts), but if i try to play against them in an exhibition match or something, everything's fine. i've played 22 matches now and have experienced crashes when facing the celtics and hawks, so i end up having to simulate a win or loss for those matches. anyone know something that can help?

p.s. is there a roster patch for this season, or at least for 08-09? because i think this mods roster is from 07-08, right?
