Make backups of all the IFFs in the Monster Team folders
Put the coach, jersey and player IFFs in your NBA 2k9 folder
Put the TMM file in your saves folder
Launch NBA 2k9
Load the Monster Team team file
Play.

May I know how to change the Jordan 11 black to Jordan 11 white when using the Bull's Black Jersey. I usually see Jordan wearing the white ones when they are using the Black Jersey. Just my 2 cents
