Back to the patch, that's a very slick gear update I'm seeing. Consider that you aren't normally in this patching field, you absolutely nailed it. In case you might be interested, 2K screwed Rocket's jerseys as well. I hope you know what my true point is.

And this is definitely worth quoting. Matter of fact, it's the best thing I've read all week. Yes, I visit your website very often. I find it very enjoyable reading your entry. It does sound gay but your post has some sort of charm.

I would love to start patching 2K9 like you and other patchers, matter of fact I've got some finished CF's lying around as well, I just dont feel like starting a thread just yet for some reason... Getting off to a start is somewhat difficult, once you get started I guess things are a little bit easier then.. sigh..

the sean may and radmanovic ribbing is actually a recurring joke that started when i was making the nba live patch montage video a while back Modifly, i noticed that on all the players that i've patched through the years those two were probably the least productive... below are some quotes of it

after the patch montage vid - "happy viewing guys, SEAN MAY and RADMANOVIC FTW!!! co-coverboys of NBA Live 2012..."

my 1st post for 2k9 - "hi, my name is Glen... you might remember me from such nba live patches like sean may or vladimir radmanovic..."

ultimate duo guess - "they are none other than the ultimate sean may and the immortal vladimir radmanovic..."

current lakers main man - "even if it's the current lakers main man i made it would be non other than the immortal vladimir radmanovic..."

there you have it, the legend of sean may and vladimir radmanovic...

thanks for the support on the mavs gear, but i think that would be the my last gear for now as jersey editing is really not my thing ... XIIIn80 makes good jerseys on a more normal basis and if my memory serves me right he already made a good houston rockets gear, so you might want to check that out...

as for kidd, i like him as a player no doubt but for him getting traded to dallas is like the feeling i had when jordan played for the wizards...

and finally for your plans on patching 2k9... as soon as your ready, just post them patches up...

i just edited the armband as seen on the previews on the edit player feature ChillBally, home=white away=black, alternate=team band... the .iif file that has the armband textures in it seems to to be located somewhere else and sadly cannot be opened by Santa's iff editor at this time...

haha nice to know your over the confusion now Modifly, it's not that radmanovic is a super bad player in reality... it's just that compared to most legends and current players that i made back then, him and sean may certainly was the least productive...

Wow! best VC patch I've seen so far

I only have a few suggestion for final touches:
1) Smooth the facial hair a bit, especially in the mustache area, for his "I shaved just yesterday" look.
2) Smooth the wrinkles a bit, he looks older than he should this way.

Looking forward for the final release and for your future work.

I'm goin' to buy a new processor for my PC... On my current specs, the game is unplayable. I've set all settings to the lowest function for better playing, but I don't like playing it on quality... I can't hardly wait to get back on patching.

That's a very nice looking Carter right there Glen, but to be honest it's not up to your regular standard just yet. To improve him I think you should spend more time on his moustache just above his mouth. You should also look at his facial hair line since it still seems a bit weird to me.

The rest are great though, and you're on your way.

thanks yosifun, for the wrinkles... i didn't put it there, it's caused by the ingame expresssion... on a relaxed expression the wrinkles would go away on it's own... as for your 1st suggestion i considered it and made another version of vc which can be seen below...

thanks Modifly, i already tweaked the face again to make it look more natural... as for the facial hairline, carter really seems to not trim/shape it anymore and just lets it grow "all natural" as can be seen in the pic here
