Hi Ken, vid looks awesome mate. For some reason, the textures are not changing when I run the tpf file in texmod. I have tried setting the player details to high and ultra high but it doesn't work with either. In game MJ doesn't look anything like the one in your video and his portrait is of Cassell. I'm running the game with texmod and i've tried using version 1.2 and 1.3 but neither make a difference. Also the startup screen is still of KG.

Can someone please help ?

I think yo should keep it tpf, I mean if you want something special - you must start texmod, and if you want a real-time nba just start NBA2k9.exe simple as that.
And if you decide to release IFF, make sure that we get tpf files also

true - you have to get a "special" nba2k9.exe

Great work. There are things that are really good about this update, but I think the headshape of the 1.3 release was better than this final one. If you're done tweaking it though, it's freakin' awesome.
