Exactly what happened to me with the Grizz, despite its 2K10

In Superstar, you could be 20 points up and your defensive players completely die and none of your shots connect and you miss multiple dunks in a row and all that crap. All of a sudden, the CPU will intercept like six straight passes and somehow get super speed and rocket up for the dunk and I wouldn't put it past a CPU-player Shaq to put up a three. (shocked silence) With about a minute left in the game, you'll find that your 20 point lead has just evaporated and you go into double overtime. Then scores rocket toward 200 points apiece while only playing 9 min. quarters. Live 2003 is my favorite game to date, but those quirks sometimes make it almost unbearable. Good thing my computer is physically durable and can withstand kicks from a soccer player...

Well, on the offensive end, Philadelphia was beatable with just little defensive effort. But, like you said, my defensive players died. It kinda had to do with the sliders, if I bump my shooting sliders up by 5, I make every 7/10, and if I bump them down from the original, I make every 1/10. So my problem with Live isn't entirely the CPU, it is my sliders, I can't seem to find the right ones. Every time I'm ok with a slider combination, I either start missing a lot, or some other bull crap happens. And I understand you kicking your computer, I kick mine every time it freezes.

-That's probably why our cpu's freeze.![]()
-NBA Live 2003 does not have any sliders, which kind of ticks me off. The only sliders it has for gameplay (not player ratings)are how often fouls are called.
-Do you get those 150+ point games playing 8/9min. quarters? Cause I can't score less than that in 2003 otherwise I will have the ball stolen and somehow the opposing team has two more points before I can do anything else.

Jazz trying to build a noise making team in the West?
The Jazz have made two trades in this month of December. The first, involved Paul Millsap going to Charlotte in exchange for Tyrus Thomas and Gerald Henderson. The next trade shocked the NBA. The Jazz traded Carlos Boozer to Minnesota for Al Jefferson! This is likely to mess up the Jazz front-court rotation, as they can either put Memo at PF and Big Al at C, or Tyrus at PF, Al at C, and Memo coming off the bench. This is significant because as the Jazz is in the West, they could end up playing the Rockets in the playoffs. The media interviewed some of the Rockets. Donte Greene said "I think both teams get a good deal, but the Jazz lose a loyal player in Carlos Boozer who's familiar with the plays, but I guess when you bring in a younster like Tyrus, you don't have enough room for a guy like Boozer." Starting PG Aaron Brooks said, "This is likely to ruin Boozer's championship desires, as he's going to the worst team in the league. Al is a tough guy to go up against, just ask Yao. It's gonna be hard for me Kyle, and Kevin to score in the paint when we face the Jazz, because they have two great defensive players patrolling it." As the Jazz are long-time rivals with the Rockets, we hope this isn't a factor in the Rockets' run for a championship.
Carlos Boozer
Paul Millsap
Tyrus Thomas | Gerald Henderson | Al Jefferson
