i think i've heard some people do this but how would you change the salary cap in dynasty mode? (ex: to 90 million instead of its current ~50 million). Thanks.

Through DBF editing I would imagine... maybe you could find it in the articles that are on this site...

Unfortuantely, I've never tried to manipulate the salary cap level so this is as much I can tell you.

Use a HEX file editor (eg. UltraEdit)

Also, you can read Live 2006 salary cap edition tutorial. I'm sure you will learn how to change it.
