possible to change salary cap?

i think i've heard some people do this but how would you change the salary cap in dynasty mode? (ex: to 90 million instead of its current ~50 million). Thanks.

actually could you tell me how to use hex and such?

Use a HEX file editor (eg. UltraEdit)

Also, you can read Live 2006 salary cap edition tutorial. I'm sure you will learn how to change it.
