gilbert free throw...

is it possible to make a free throw ritual? gilbert arenas has a free throw ritual where he circles the ball around him. Can somebody do that? is it possible? if it is... can somebody make it?

i think that is not possible but you can make the freethrow of arenas be yours i think?
