is it possible to make a free throw ritual? gilbert arenas has a free throw ritual where he circles the ball around him. Can somebody do that? is it possible? if it is... can somebody make it?

i think that is not possible but you can make the freethrow of arenas be yours i think?

No its not possible to change the free throw.... i think the only thing you can edit is from where you shoot it, if from straight from the line or a couple steps back.

how do u change the player's FT distance to a couple steps back?
