How to change the Body Type?

I want Dwight Howard's body to be bulky just like in real life because he looks slender in the game .I dont know how to do it. Can anyone help me? :)

Open appearance.dbf, locate the entry for Dwight Howard and change the BODYTYPE field from 1 to 2. You might find 2 is a little too bulky though.
