How to change the Body Type?

I want Dwight Howard's body to be bulky just like in real life because he looks slender in the game .I dont know how to do it. Can anyone help me?

Open appearance.dbf, locate the entry for Dwight Howard and change the BODYTYPE field from 1 to 2. You might find 2 is a little too bulky though.
