The same way the Bobcats beat the Lakers more often than not and when the Bobcats beat the Cavs three times last season.in an effort to stay on topic: the complete opposite of this is the fact that the Mavericks have beat the Bobcats EVERY TIME they've played in Bobcats history.

Also Tyson Chandler is a beast. He's playing offense, he's 7th in rebounding (per game) this season, while still being a great defender! (Y)

I remember when people were saying that NOH was on the better end of the deal in Okafor-Chandler trade. Also there were notion that Chris Paul was the sole reason that made Chandler play well.

Good to see Chandler getting some credits finally. (Y)

I hope Cuban and Donnie resign him this off-season.

The Mavs won't have a game tomorrow so hopefully he would have enough rest to play.

It seems we are getting Corey Brewer instead. So deep in the wing position right now

i wouldn't say that. the mavs have been searching for a replacement since caron went down and have gone through pavlovic and have settled with peja & stevenson, so i'd say that's their weak spot at the swingman position and brewer fills that need. dammit chandler's on my fantasy team so he needs to come back quickly

So it's official we have Brewer now. I don't expect him to have that much impact on offense, but defensively I think he will be need.

The Mavs really need an upgrade at the wings and Brewer, Stojakovic, Stevenson, etc, & co. don't really cut it. Dallas should've made a move at the deadline and are now stuck taking up the Corey Brewers of the league.
Qballer wrote:settled with peja & stevenson

Not really. Since Beaubois came back, Stevenson's barely seen the floor.

Last time I checked the Spurs don't exactly have a quality wing.

Brewer, Stojakovic and Stevenson are serviceable in that they provide a mix of shooting, athleticism and defense.

For real. Manu's got nothing on Brewer, Peja and Stevenson.

I'm referring more to a SG/SF and referring to role.

Manu's closer to a PG/SG.

And Corey Brewer with an impressive debut. Almost fouling out in 5 minutes

He might be back for the playoffs, depending on how far they go.

No chance he comes back. Even if he miraculously recovers in time, a recovering Butler wouldn't get PT behind the myriad replacements.
