Hi everyone ! when i want to connect to nba 2k21 i have this message : "unable to synchronize your profile information". I can't play to mycareer or my team . Could someone help me please ?

I've had that pop up every now and again, but it's ultimately resolved itself. Sometimes the issue as at 2K's end, in which case it's just a matter of waiting until the server is working properly. How long has it been happening? Any other info you can provide that might indicate an issue at your end instead?

Thank you for answering . Since 10/30/2020, I have this message. Today I still cannot login. I am under windows 10.

I managed to reconnect to nba 2k21 by deactivating my account on the nba2k.com site.
