which AI is more smarter/adaptive?

nba 2k9 or live 09?

i thought so havent play live 09 yet.

I can only speak for 2K9 since I have played it alot more than Live 09. 2K9's AI is very adaptive. It will double team a player automatically if they are hot on offense. It will take advantage if your players are taking off for a fast break by crashing the boards. It will also try to fast break more if you are crashing the offensive boards alot. Give the defender too much room, they will knock down the jumper, play tight defense, they will attempt to drive around you. They find the open players on offense(too well on the higher difficulties).

2k9..it's the first time I saw the computer controlled team adjust depending on the situation specially on defense...damn i still cant find a way to defeat the Rockets with Yao in the center...hehe....I'm now down 1 in a best of 3 series in the first round of the playoffs againts the Rockets..im using the Lakers...
