CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME TO CONFUGURE 3D ANALYZE NBA 2K9 BECAUSE A HAVE BLACKSCREEN PROBLEM!!!!!!PLEASE

You only have one solution:
Buy a new videocard.
The game won't run in computers with graphic cards that do not support shader model 3.0. It's as simple as that, there's nothing else you can do. No shader model, no NBA 2K9.
