I have seen the top video before. The description I read was that the host who was asking questions could not contain his laughter after hearing the high pitched voice of the man he was interviewing.

I don't get it either, he's one of Rowan Atkinson's most brilliant creations. I don't think the first movie did the character justice and I haven't seen the second one yet but the original sketches are great.

No it's not. Well, at least as far as I know. I've seen an interview with that tv host where he explains the whole situation and how he thinks he was set up because certain people wanted to see the show canceled. Anyways, after that show he got fired of course. He now works for a radio station as DJ Boomerang.

So either you're wrong or that interview I saw was fake as well. Dunno.
