wasnt really a good preview gamespot didnt really tell what was good about the game. this is the second preview with that sucked. as i remember in the first preview the guy said live was to fast, now in this preview he said live was to slow.......

I wouldn't be discouraged at these previews. Granted, these guys play games for a living but, in the end, it's just one person's opinion. The only way to truly judge how NBA Live '09 will be for each of us to play it for ourselves when it comes out. Then we can make our own assessment of the game. Personally, I don't let a few negative opinions stop me from getting games I want.

That being said, the reviewer's opinion is based on an impression of Live '09 that's not yet complete. You can't please everyone. I'm getting Live '09 and 2K9 both because those two games are my favorites and I'm gonna enjoy them both, regardless of what any preview or review may say.

Just three months away. Man, I can't wait. GameSpot's notoriously harsh when talking about and reviewing NBA Live games away. I just take what they say (as with any other gaming site) with a grain of salt.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion, I don't mind you thinking that the fact that I might enjoy both NBA Live '09 and NBA 2K9 is a bit presumptuous. That's okay. No harm, no foul, right? Anyway, any dude who reads Batman comics and can back up his posts with intelligence and insight is all right in my book.

Besides, when you have lived all your life with a physical disability like me, you develop a tough skin, so to speak.

gamespot makes me sick they mention nothing postive about the game

1 they didnt mention nba acedmy
2 didnt talk about the new gameplay
3 didnt say nothing about the sigs shots

Most likely. I've stuck with this avatar for a couple of seasons but if he goes to another team or to Europe, I'd have to find something new.

Here's what most impressive about that picture...

All the players appear to be hustling back by running forward....there's no one standing around.

They look like they are in an all out sprint mode.

Yeah, if you watch some of the videos, the teams get back on defense. It's very refreshing. I hope the games now can get very competitive like they had back in 01
