Talk about NBA Live 09 here.

the last 3 were really bad, especially the last one,it seemed EA rushed it making it the worst of all time and the stats were shocking if you simmed it the leading rebounder would get 7 or 8 rebounds nothing like the real NBA,also the part where you can put the chances of the comp getting no shots in by putting their stats on 0,this didn't work either very frustrating to guard

Kingkingston,
NBA Live '09 actually looks real promising.
Here's Andrew's report on NBA Live '09. It's a great place to start, if you want some great info on the game itself:

plus, there's previews from other gaming sites posted all over the forums
under "NBA Live '09 General". Just look around and you'll be able to find some.
In my opinion, NBA Live '09 will be great. It will be much better than '08 and '07 were.

it just seemed to me the last few took a huge back step after dominating for sooo long, last years was the worst by far

I actually like 08. Granted they added somethings and then took some things away which stunk. I have got to admit though in dynasty you didn't see all five starters playing 48 minutes a game unless they got into foul trouble like you did in 07. I have actually found some great rookies in 08 especially a point guard named DeMarco Stevenson who is a nearly all around point guard. Reminds me of a Chauncey Billups/ Gary Payton. I got a Shooting Guard Named Aidan Lewis who reminds me of a cross between Kobe Bryant and Rip Hamilton. The size of the rookies though still isn't right I mean come on. How often do you have six-ten 6'1-6'3 Shooting Guard in one draft? Three or four of them per draft is fine because once in a while i like to play small ball. I did notice a step back that Live 08 did though that really bothered me and that is when you go to players contracts you see the first letter of the first name and the last name listed. For example you might see a PF name listed like this R. Daniels. I also hating the passing in 08 because I couldn't do an occasional alley oop. I think 09 will be a big improvement though. NBA Academy is a start though. I personally hope they take the great features from 08 and add those into 09. I also hope that the cutoff date is later so we can get most of the great rookies into the draft.

I voted no, but I'll qualify that by saying I did not hate the Xbox 360 version of NBA Live 08; for the most part, I quite liked it. The PC version on the other hand is one of the weakest releases in the series, if not the weakest.

It actually grew on me. If I can do the same tweaks I did with 08 to 09. I am going to love it. . .cause there's a lot more animations

I second to Andrew's comments. I had the opportunity to play the Xbox 360 version of 08 and i'll say it's definitely much much better than the PC version... the PC 08 was crap (even though I liked the added features like trade rumours, chemistry..etc).
