A question for american folks...

A question for american folks...

Postby Jux on Sun Oct 26, 2003 8:17 pm

I just got cable-tv and here where i live, we don't have much channels who show NBA. In this year actually there may be no channels who show NBA. But there is one hope. There is one channel that shows american football, baseball and nascar every day - but not a word from NBA or other US basketball.

So my question:
Is it so that the nascar, baseball and football seasons are ending soon? I think in winter time there is only basketball ... am i right?

NFL Football ends in January.
Baseball is over.
I don't know anything about NASCAR.
If you have cable TV in the USA, you must have what most have which is ESPN, TNT and ABC (not cable). Which is about the most you can see if you do not have a local channel such as a Fox Sportschannel. I got to believe no matter where you are some team would be shown as a local team.

I have KCAL in Los Angeles as a local channel and they show many Laker and Clipper games as well as Fox Sport West, which shows almost all the Lakers and Clippers games.

You must have something there, if you are in the USA.
