Please help....

I installed the 1993 finals patch by DANet and I installed the speech files exactly as there's stated on the instructions.When I try to preview from the pbpviewer,the sounds play fine.Still,when I play the game, the announcer doesn't say anything at all.Can someone please tell me what's wrong ?
