Free agent limit in franchise mode

Anyone know how to get around the 100 free agent limit in franchise mode?

I didn't think there was a limit on the free agents pool.

You just can't take more than 100 into a franchise.While in franchise mode the free agents can exceed 100.See what I'm saying?
