NAME 3 bad things in the NBA right now!!!

Postby GH33 on Mon Jan 14, 2008 12:05 pm

my 3 bad things are:

1) the love for Dwyane Wade by the refs, no matter what the Defense do, he gets fouled. (too bad they're loosing so much)

2) the Flopping, led by Manu Ginobili and Raja Bell, they Flop like heck! they always manage to fall down. the flopping has to stop.

3) grant hill is hurt again, i don't know why he always manage to get hurt, he could have been IT!

2. Ra$hard getting payed more than Dwight.
3. The Magic are collapsing once again.

2. Two fat guys play for the Knicks
3. If Eddy Curry goes on a diet, he would look like Rajon Rondo

1. Not physical enough, the game is mostly all about flopping, drawing flows and too much finesse rather than powa.
2. Season is too long in my opinion. Regular season games feel pointless and it is reflected in the players motivation.
3. Player Motivation during the regular season. Players just don't seem to care to try to win every game. The shit going on in New York is ridiculous.

2. The struggling Miami Heat.
3. Bloated contracts of non-performing players like Ratliff, Kwame Brown and K-mart.

1. Having to watch the Heat, Lakers, Mavs, Spurs, Suns & Cavs play each other 20 times a season, & if we do see another team play, then it's almost guaranteed it'll be against one of these 6 teams (this is for Aussies & Kiwis with cable/pay tv).
2. Number of timeouts and stoppages in the 4th quarter.
3. Flopping (Wade & all other stars).

hmm lets see here

1. Dirk Nowitzki not getting a championship (they always lose to the playoffs even they have a golden oppurtunity to win it)
2. Dirk not even a top in the Race to the MVP rankings.
3. Not being knowing the flopping thing? :eh:

1. constant flopping. i see it has been said plenty here already

2. the ref bailing offensive players out who jump into the defense. i am sick and tired of seeing people like kobe or ai or a shit load of other players not even look to make a shot, just look to jump into a defender and get to the line.

3. the gms who give shit players huge contracts

1. The softness of the NBA compared to the 80's and 90's. Fights and hard fouls are no longer tolerated...nor is taunting in any way shape or form. More silly rules and players have less outstanding individual performaces; It's a pussy league now.

2. The knicks

3. D-wade, SHAQ and the heat...speaks for it'self.

I totally agree with all of them! IMO, the NBA should try to adapt some Euroleague rules and atmosphere. Fans actually bring fireworks, drums, trumpets, stuff like that to Euroleague games, and they actually dress like fans - they wear the colors of their home clubs.
