HELP! I CANT OPEN .FSH FILE

i open some FSH file in ea graphics editor and an error occured (TSHPI ERROR: UNKNOWN PIXEL FORMAT). why i cant open this file. HELP!!!!!!

The current version is not fully compatable with the graphic file formats used in Live 2003.
The author(s) are already working to create a new version that is fully compatable.
