1)it depends how his team does, if they all of a sudden make a run to the finals, then its possible, but i doubt it . As good a player as AI is i dont think he'll have enough support in the end to be on a winning team
2)This is probably the most likely of all the ones you listed
3) Flat out-No
4) 2nd most probable but i dont think he's got originality/creativity quite yet to win...
5)Possible but 3 pt shootout is a different atmosphere from a game, some people cant shoot with no true pressure. Older more experienced players usually handle the switch from in game to the shootout well...
6)Too many others in the all star game for AI to be the MVP i think
7)Unless they make a finals run, no way in hell
8)Not happening and if i'm wrong i will send you 10 bucks ;-)
9)They have to get there first

4) Nah, Gerald Green is my pick... if he gets in

only things I see happening are 4,5 and 6.

Fri Nov 17, 2006 12:58 pm

4, 5, and 6 are the only ones that seem even feasible.

Fri Nov 17, 2006 1:52 pm

4 and 5 are possible, 4 mostly, since AI2 got ripped off last year. But the other ones hell no.

Fri Nov 17, 2006 2:39 pm

I only see 5 as a possibility. Everything else......not really.

Fri Nov 17, 2006 4:10 pm

On a scale of 1-5... 1= Highly possible 5= Not possible

1) 3
2) 2
3) 5
4) 2
5) 2
6) 3

1) He definitely has it in him, but low shooting percentages and losses will probably stop that from happening.

2) Could if he played well enough but it doesn't help to be on a team with Allen Iverson if you want to do the only thing you can - shoot.

3) As much as I like him, No. At least spell his name right.

4) If he participates, it's possible, but I see a Spur taking home this years Dunk crown - James White.

5) Could happen, but Korver could lose to Shaq. Depends how he is shooting on the night.

6) Maybe, considering there will be know home court "advantage" for other players.

7) Philadelphia won't be the best team in the league, or a real suprise, so I don't see it happening. Right now it's looking as if Jerry Sloan will take it.

8) Nope, too many teams that are just plain better.

9) It's definite - if they win it all. Which they won't. So no.
