Details: The objective is to predict the outcomes of NBA games. When submitting your predictions, you need to include today's game, and the following game. Once your two day set is played through, go back and Put in your Win/Loss record for that set at the bottom of the post, so I can add it to the database.

My revised initial post.. bolded for emphasis... be sure to write in your win/loss record. I won't count predictions that dont have it written in; it's too much work to count each one up myself.

Why is everyone insisting on a Suns win?? Its at Staples Centre for god's sake!

Wed Nov 01, 2006 10:44 am

Because the Suns have about 10000000x more talent than the Lakers.

Also I'd say the Lakers overachieved last year.

Wed Nov 01, 2006 10:55 am

because I am unsure that Kobe is 100%...and the Suns are pretty good.

Well looks like the Bulls are almost done ripping Miami a new one. Impressive games from both rooks, and Duhon was great as well. Sefolosha hasnt missed and has 9 points, 2 rebounds and 2 steals in limited minutes. TT hasn't had a good offensive game, but has been great on the other side of the ball, grabbing 5 rebounds, and blocking 2 shots in just 12 minutes so far. Great game by Hinrich also (Y)

EDIT: Sensing a big game from Nash..........

EDIT2: Holy shit the Suns are off to a quick start, wouldn't be suprised to see 40pts in the first Q

EDIT3: Im nostradamus! Nash with 5/2/7 with 4 min to go in the 1st

Wed Nov 01, 2006 1:50 pm

wow... what a game by the bulls. Theyr looking very good this year. Dam 0 from 1 for me

Wed Nov 01, 2006 2:09 pm

Man...these two games are looking like some serious mismatches. Lakers look like they haven't watched a Suns game since the days of Marbury - Suns on pace for over 40 points the first quarter.

Wed Nov 01, 2006 2:42 pm

Its alright QBaller, i know where its at, i picked the Sixers
So far, my win/loss record is 1-0.
Ill update after the suns game..

Also, nets4life, thanks for pointing that out, didnt realise. Well Kings over TWolves. Changed now.

Damn, I wanted to pick Bulls but I didn't have enought faith...

Wed Nov 01, 2006 3:54 pm

Wed Nov 01, 2006 3:58 pm

Lucky I supported my team despite syaing they didn't have much of a chance... damn, I'm never doubting them again

Wed Nov 01, 2006 4:05 pm

Odom, Evans, and Bynum are just going crazy. I can't believe this.

Wed Nov 01, 2006 4:08 pm

As I said in the Laker thread, Bynum is really impressing me in his first career start... wow... and Lamar is playing as an All-Star! :D I just hope it's a consistent effort for the season :D
