The Los Angeles Lakers have announced their preseason schedule...
As Gm Mitch Kuptchak mentioned, they will have great oppurtunities to try out their new players and complete the training...There will be 6 matches in total...

According to Jackson, Farmar will help a lot...

Q:"Coach, what are you expecting from your team the next season?"
Jackson:"We're planning on making the second round of the playoffs, even if it's a difficult task, but I think we can make it...
Q:"Is there any possibility of seeing another 81-point game from Kobe Bryant?"
Jackson:"Oh I really doubt so, those games come once in a decade..."
Q:"What do you expect of Radmanovic?"
Jackson:"Actually I really like his shooting, but I don't expect too much, he needs to improve his deffense, he may help us, but not in a very big way..."
Q:"Then what about Jordan Farmar"
Jackson:Oh yeah, I really like him... The way he plays, his energy and I think he will help a lot to us... We really needed such a point guard..."
Q:"What will happen with Kobe and Lamar?"
Jackson:"After the succesfull last playoffs, I think we are heading the right way, Kobe is playing with him a lot more time and they keep understanding each other more and more. There will be ups and downs, but I would like to see them going together"
Q:"What do you think about Shammond Williams?"
Jackson:"As far as I saw, he likes to shoot threes and works more on collecting points not on giving passes... He may be a good addition, but don't forget we have Smush"
Q:"Coach, what will be the starting lineup at the first game?"
Jackson:"Well I can't tell you that because I haven't decided yet, we will be experimenting at the preseason matches and only after then I can tell you...But if I guessed now, it would probably be like this: C.Brown,PF.Radmanovic,SF.Odom,SG.Bryant,PG.Parker"
