Thank God for the MSG channel. If there was no channel then I wouldn't be able to see the games. Either way I'm ordering NBA League Pass so I'm happy this year!!

and another thing i always find with ESPN is they say through out the match 'dont go away our next match is coming up in our double header', but they never have 2 matches in a row, after the first-something else comes one. And alot of the time a better match is said to be the 2nd match, so we dont get to see it :x

scotty are u from New Zealand or Australia? because here we get one espn channel thru sky or wateva ur thing is, but it is a mixture of all the espn channels. thats y theres like 7 hours of fishing on somedays while the USA are vsing Puerto Rico

so usually we will get an NBA game, then it will say a new game coming up next and it will cut over to world series of poker (which mite be on a different espn channel in america) because they are constantly switching in between espn channels. its pretty cool though how sometimes we get like 3 or 4 college games in a row (Y)

Well the first Heat-Laker Christmas game after Shaq was traded was exciting but after that, it was like any other game.`It feels like the NBA tried to double the excitment on the second Christmas with the Heat-Laker game with a Pistons-Pacers game after the brawl(I know the schedule is made before the NBA season....). Now the third Christmas, Shaq has a non Laker ring to rub in Kobe's face.

i think it 6 games in New Orleans, and 35 in Oklahoma..

I hope the Lakers start out strong, with 16 of their 1st 20 games played at home

Is this your first year with league pass? I've had it since it came out, and its fantastic.

This will actually be the first NBA season where I probably won't have it, since I live in Indy now I get all the Pacer games anyway.

A good Christmas game would've been Spurs v. Mavs........or even Clippers/Suns, but give Kobe a Christmas at home, I'm tired of the "rivalry". Didn't they even get over each other because of Bill Russell's intervention, something like that?

the kobe vs shaq rivalry is over. But the NBA would rather use it to sell their games then make new rivalrys like spurs mavs and suns clippers.

It was a bad decision on his part to move to the pros so early. At this point, he's just a body without much of the necessary skills. He needs to sharpen his game to be taken seriously, and college would've done that.

But with Kareem Abdul Jabbar being a mentor for him, you never know how good he might be. Just hoping he doesn't turn out to be the way people saw Kwame Brown in Washington.
