The Submit Your Trade Thread

Postby scrub on Fri Jul 28, 2006 10:00 am

I made this thread so there wasn't any more. I started with this trade. I like it even if it is unrealistic.

Sticky this

I remeber doing this at the trade dedline. I like your trade. Knicks get rid of Steve Francis, and they get Kenyon Martin who is good at times and a former all-star center. The Nuggets also get Steve Francis who can be good at times. Milwaukee get Richardson for more scoring. It's realistic. The only team that could decline is the Bucks.

What do you think of my trade?

ok heres the deal, i dont really like this trade from a few standpoints. firstly the bucks already have redd who is a pure shooter, and they have simmons who is better than richardson in the sf. so that means q is comin off the bench and you see what crap he did last year like that. not to mention magloire is a good vet now who can help bogut improve.
as for the nuggets, well they have huge big man problems, and i kmart has a few issues but if theyr gonna move him they don't want another guard, especially when they have andre miller who is sick and getting better. unlike francis who is on the downslide and doesnt play well with other pgs as the knicks figured out.

next. very simple. garnett for iverson? maybe. but marbury? gimme a break. a useless trade for the wolves but maybe an ok deal, the gm for the sixers that made the trade would be shot, but the knicks would love it.

and yo...we should sticky this
lol jks

I wish that would happen since Hughes has been a huge dissapointment.

Plus I think Hughes should be given at least another year to prove himself, he had that injury etc last season so never really got the chance to get into the flow of it.

The bucks get back Ray! lol, even though I'm a sonics fan, Milwaukee is my next favorite team, and I'd love to see Ray on them again.

Imagine something like this happened! And if I could've I would've added a 2nd rd pick in this deal to LAL.

I just thought this could work. Even though this will NOT happen, I would kinda like it for Charlotte.

Orlando would never let go of Howard for Okafor & Brezec

It won't. They won't give up the best upcoming young player in the NBA. Hell no.

Hughes isn't a rookie though. He's been in this league for 8 years...he's not gonna find his groove and break out in his 9th season.

I think Cleveland needs to ditch Hughes (never liked them spending their money to pick him up) for LeBron to have a real shot at the Finals...but hey i can't complain, just makes things easier for the Bulls.

Those two players came real close to being on those opposite teams...i remember Orlando was very close to picking Okafor over Howard, who would have then have been left to Charlotte's #2 pick.

Well, he did have that stellar season with Washington 2 years ago, but he was pretty lackluster last year even after injuries. Hopefully he practices a lot and gets back into his usual rhythm, and he'll become the decent contributor he can be.
