It looks like denver will be in good hands this season.

yeah but so will the bulls i think(voted for them),nice addition with pip, in combination with rose and crawford pretty good backcourt, and if chandler and curry continue what they have been doing the last two months of the season, they could be playoff material, but of course they could end up in the lottery again, the wizards aint gonna b bad either i think, with adding arenas now, together with stack and hughes, and if kwame develops(big if of course), the cavs, even though i would like it, lebron cant carry them to the playoffs i think, the clippers are bound to lose in the west(but again u will nvr know), and maybe yes the nuggets will be the best team, espacially if they add brad miller, but i would just like to see the bulls do well again

i think toronto will be good next season (im not a fan) but i hope vince will be like he was few years ago and i see bosh making a impact (10-12 points,6-9 rebs,if he starts)

they should ,picking teams in the east to make the playoffs in my eyes is at least as hard as in the west(but there its more about the fifth till the eight seed what is difficult), in the east almost everybody could end up everywhere

I think Toronto will be good (I am a fan, ) because with basicly the same team two years ago minus Skip (please re-sign him,) Bosh and a (healthy) Lammond Murray, plus Keon they were a missed floating layup away from the conference finals. Plus those additions and a healthy squad I don't see why they can't be right back up where they left off. They've also added Jerome Moiso, have the rights to Matt Bonner, the gunner from Florida. Right now there's 21 guys on the roster according to nba.com/raptors, but cut un-signed draft pick Ramon Van de Hare (no offense to my Netherlands brothers, but he doesn't really have a chance) Montross, Maceo Baston, Mamadou N'diaye, and (wasted signing) Palacio, plus either Bateer or Michael Bradley. I'm wondering why they signed Bateer and Palacio when they already had 19 players to deal with. I figure Alvin, Rafer, Lindsey is good enough. And they already have a lot of sub-mediocre (almost) big men. Enought of that.

i think of those teams, toronto has the best chance to be the most successful (for reasons already mentioned)

the bulls have a chance to be the most successful out of the group as well. a lot "if's" will be invovled though like: if the 3C's continue and improve on their play from the last 2 months of this previous season, if Rose can concede shots to his teammates, etc.

I agree with colin i am also a Raps fan..I think they'll make it to the playoff next year..with Bosh average 16 ppg 7 rpg 2 apg 1 bpg and Vince if healthy will probably get 28 ppg 5 rpg 5 apg

Of all the teams in that list, I'm assuming that:

Cleveland Cavs - Will have a record of more than 20 (but less than 30) wins. LeBron will do alright but the supporting cast won't get them to the playoffs easily.
Denver Nuggets - They'll move up in the rankings, that's for sure but they still need some supreme guys on their team. They just lost Juwan Howard.
Chicago Bulls - This might be their chance to get to the playoffs. They're improving well but the Jay Williams accident cost them a drawback.
Toronto Raptors - They will definitely make the playoffs.. unless Vince Carter gets injured again.
Wasington Wizards - Will improve their previous record and might slip on to the 8th or 7th seed.
LA Clippers - Clippers need to replace Andre Miller with a solid point guard. They lost their chance of Arenas. They most likely will improve their record but with all the top teams in the West, they won't get to the playoffs.

Raptors...they a playoff team in the East, with a Healthy Vince Carter and the new addition of Bosh, they sure to make a winning record this year.Bulls will be the next best improved team with Scottie being the new leader of the Bulls.

Toronto will probably show the most improvement, but probably not beyond the level they would have been at last year had they not been missed so many players (notably VC) due to injury.

Of the teams whose only excuse for missing the playoffs last year is "not good enough", I'd say Denver and Chicago will show the most improvement. The Nuggets will have a harder time cracking the top 8 in the West, but the Bulls might be able to sneak back into the playoffs this season.
