I wanna say David Stern. I bet Howard Stern could do better...
Seriously, you gotta add David Stern and Mark Cuban to the poll.

I don't think Steve Francis belongs on the list, he hasn't really done anything wrong. Marbury has toned it down somewhat, Artest also, Rasheed is a spastic but a respectable spastic, Mike James is just trying to get paid so it basically comes down to Isiah, or more specifically, Dolan.

VEry close but my top picks for biggest douchebag are Francis, Isaiah, and Carmelo. but I think Isaiah gets it because he seems very cocky and thinks that he's capable of more than what he can actually do. Plus, I hate the Pistons.

I considered adding David Stern to the list, but I realized that the only people who really dislike him are spoiled Mavericks fans.

Isiah. Marbury, regardless of his bad attitude, still is a 20-8 guy and those guys dont come around often.

Francis hasnt really done anything horribly wrong so I dont see how he could be on that list.

Rasheed is a legitamite all star on a title contending team and he's part of the most closely knit starting five in the league so he makes a big impact.

Artest, while he had some issues, seems to be past that now and he wants to win as much as anyone in the league and he doesnt seem to be bogging down his teammmates in Sacramento at all.

Mike James can be cocky at times but I believe he still has a point about how hes underrated, but regardless hes trying to make money and he doesnt call out his teammates and blame them for everything.

So, that leaves Isiah. He's the only one whos completely screwed up his team and managed to end everything good about it. You manage to end the career of one of the best NBA coaches, you take perennial playoff contender and run them into the ground, and with the leagues largest payroll. Unless he can get these guys to play together He's by far, by far, the biggest douchebag slash idiot involved in the NBA.

mike james, shut the thread down.

the thing is with isiah, people call him retarded and he knows he's retarded - just watch how he conducts himself in interviews and listen to him. no confidence, and bullshit comes out of his mouth.

mike james on the other hand, people call him all sort of things, but it doesn't register. he still thinks he's hot stuff even though he's a big pile of horse shit. fuck, i hate mike james. fuck you mike james.

*Star*-bury is a ball hog. He destroys the game every time he tries to do something. He doesn't play like a true PG, because most of the time he pass the ball when he gets double-teamed, or he gets forced to do so. That implies his teammates do not receive the ball in good situations, unlike Nash, for instance

Quoting 2k5gamer (one of my favourite forumers in 2ksports forum):

"Anyone who chugs that many shots and always has the ball in his hands trying to dribble drive, will draw defenders and get assists because they force him to pass. I get so sick of people trying to act like a player who dribbles around until he draws a double team and only tries to make plays when he can't score, a good passer. Marbury has done this his entire career and his teams go nowhere. Nash averages just a few more assists and he takes his teams to the top.

He actually gets players the ball WHERE they can score, as opposed to Iverson and Marbury who just throw a desperate pass when they can't penetrate any further. That is why The Suns are a top team and why The 76ers and "Whatever Team Marbury is on this year" ****ING SUCK
."

Yes, I agree with him

I certainly don't think Mike James is the biggest douchebag, but he's the very first Raptor that I've ever truely disliked.

I wouldn't say Thomas is a douchebag, he's just really stupid and never learns from his mistakes. I can understand that he tries to get the most talented player out of most of the trades he's made, but they were just illogical moves that didn't benefit the team.

I think Darius Miles is pretty underrated in terms of douchebagness.

He's an underachieving, overpaid moron that doesn't give a damn about his team. I stilll try to have faith in the guy though...

The biggest douchebag that comes to my head right now is Jerome James.

I think Francis's refusal for the magic wasnt as bad as Carters effortless play on the Raptors or Marbury/Artest demanding trades.
