Eric Williams' contract expires after this season, if I remember correctly, and Bonner is a solid and young role player who could be a second big man off the bench for many years to come. Toronto gets a veteran centre who doesn't make a lot of mistakes and plays a decent D, which is exactly what the needed. I heard somewhere that Colangelo said how Rasho will be their starting C. I wonder if that means that they'll draft Thomas or Morrison.

So what did Rasho do to warrant his above average contract?

They wanted Rasho to be a replacment for David Robinson, but that didn't go well.So now they just got rid of him and hhis contract.Oh well I really think Rasho didn't fit in the Spurs team in the first place.Rasho was great in Minnesota, but when he sign with the Spurs his game was really shit.I hope he can fit better in Toronto.

We're also in the age of overpaying players who can at least demonstrate a couple of decent skills and appear to have further potential just waiting to be fulfilled.
