fucking dallas fans have no respect. They boo to the nba champions

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:10 pm

Wel lsince my thread got locked i gotta post in this one.

Wahoooooooooooo Miami!!!!!!!! (Y)

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:10 pm

aint that what the bar is for?

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:10 pm

LOL at the mixed applause and evident boos (think its for David Stern) in the crowd when they named Miami as champions. Always awkward when someone is crowned champions not in their own home court.

Edit: Damn, can you imagine Wade in his prime? This guy is ridiculously good already right now, with a 3point shot and maybe better defence, hes unstoppable.

YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOTTTTTTTT
MIAMI HEAT 2005-2006 NBA CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!
IN YOUR FACE OF ALL THE DOUBTERS. DALLAS WENT UP 2-0 AND MIAMI WINS 4 IN A ROW. HASLEM WAS EXCELLENT IN THIS GAME.
NO DOUBT THAT DWAYNE WADE IS THE NBA FINALS MVP.
I HOPE PAT RILEY SAYS, "NEXT YEAR, WE'RE GONNA DO IT AGAIN."

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:11 pm

DWYANE WADE IS FINALS MVP WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:11 pm

This was the best playoffs ever for me. Unlike jordan's years...where his team dominated..the whole playoffs were great. It's a new era is basketball...marked by dwayne wade...lebron james..and kobe bryant (he's still young)...and it makes me happy to be an nba fan.

CONGRATS TO MIAMI!!!

Well first off, I need to go through the funny moments I saw at the end of that game or close to the end.

1. When they showed the Heat in their huddle for timeout, Riley put his head back like he was demonstrating something and Kapono was behind him and he jumped so hard because he was scared that Riley was going to hit him

2. Jason Williams celebration. If you heard him, you know what I'm laughing at how country he sounded.

3. Shaq will that bullshit lie saying that Riley told him they would win on June 20th. I don't believe that at all.

But now to the game comments, I give the Heat big props for their win. I still don't see how they did it to tell you the truth. It just didn't seem right that they should have more points than Dallas. As I said before, Wade is the truth and if he keeps this up, he will have around 6 championships before he retire. I'm glad Alonzo didn't kill anybody after he won, and I hate to see a guy like Walker win a ring but its cool. All the games were pretty good, especially the last two. I hope the Heat don't keep Walker and Payton next year, I'll have a little more respect for them if they get rid of them. I still don't really like the team, but through this series, I have became a big Wade fan and he is slowly becoming my favorite player now even though I hate his pussified pump fakes.

NEXT UP: MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES 2007 NBA CHAMPIONS (THE YEAR I GRADUATE, THEY DOING IT FOR ME!)

EDIT!: Shaq just said Pat Riley was the best coach he ever had. Add that to one of the most funniest moments too knowing if he didn't have Phil Jackson, this would probably be like his first NBA Championship.

Congrats to Miami.

That said I dont mind them booing them because they have a somewhat legitimate case at them being on the bad end of more than a few call. An example of this is the inconsistency of the refs to make the same calls on both ends of the floor in the first quarter when Dallas could have blown the game open but instead Miami was allowed to stay close. That disrupted any flow they had going and they had a right to be upset. When you bring in other events that have transpired over the series thats a whole other argument.

I really didnt mind if Miami won the series but it just doesnt feel like they 'won' it.

Congrats to them again for the sake of it.

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:15 pm

I seriously didn't think miami was gonna do it..but i was supporting wade and o'neal all the way.

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:15 pm

I cant beileve Shaq said Pat Riley was "the best coach hes ever had" thats crap, hes putting down Phil Jackson, The Zen Master, who gave him three rings!!

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:16 pm

I agree, best playoffs I can remember as a whole. (y) I dont think next year's will be able to live up to this.

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:16 pm

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:20 pm

man no one worded posts.
hehe dallas had a great serires and run to finals but they did make it by cheap calls
MIAMI HEAT ARE THE NBA WORLD CHAMPIONS

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:21 pm

Who said Miami in six? ;)

This is kind of depressing because, other than the draft in seven days, there's no basketball until November. :( I kind of wish this would've went to seven but Miami won it so I'm happy with the end result.

Next year I'll have two teams to root for in the playoffs: Miami and Utah. Can't wait.

Some more funny comments on another site:

On a side note, the NBA is fugazi...if I picked 4 random dudes out this post we could win the NBA finals if the refs and david stern wanted us to...

hubie brown is about to bust all over the announcers table...

it's hard to win when you're playing five on eight.

i can't believe zo and gp have rings..

barkley must be rolling in his grave.

What's with the hate on Zo?

He deserves a ring as well.

ring around the eye

congrats to miami but how's shaq gon say riley's the best coach he ever played for and he said the same thing about jackson when he was with the lakers? what a hypocrite. he said the same thing about bryant on how he was the best player in the world...

I wonder when they're going to send the refs their rings.

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:23 pm

Okay well, mvpshaq32 still stands as the most retarted Heat fan ever.

But that's all the anger I will release.

Mafia - yes I rofled when Kapwno got scared.

Now, first of all, Congratulations to Dwyane Wade, he'll be the first of many from the 03 draft class to lead their team to NBA titles (Kirk, Melo, LeBron, Bosh :proud: ). He was truly deserving of the Finals' MVP.

Second of all, I dislike, no, HATE the fact that Fatoine Walker now has a championship ring. But, Udonis Haslem and James Posey having rings make up for that (Y) .

Thirdly, the Mavericks choked, they didn't have a go to guy like Dwyane Wade to get them out of trouble. Terry did do exceptionally well though, which was surprising. Marquis Daniels also had a nice run in the 3rd.

Lastly, I can see a second championship from the Miami team.

Enough bandwagoning for now, I can go back to my Blazers  .
