Playing this more and more makes me realize how great 06 could have been. What I think stands out the most is the fact that you can use your big man to take advantage of mis-matches, since scoring isn't as difficult inside.

Every time I'd back my man down, I'd be in for a dunk that I would either miss, or get fouled on. Now it's a layup. Awesome.

Also... are there any tutorials on how to edit the aiact?

Good job on the aiact.

Anyways, can anyone teach me how to do Kobe's fadeaway jumpshot with this AIACT?
Jimmy had it as FSSbutton+pass in his AIACTv3.

Im sure lilvc has this for Kobe in his aiact and i would really appreciate help on how to peform that sweet fadeaway shot.

it's not bad, and i knew that it just a preview man

player can still hoop from 3pt line, some have the same moves in FSS and layup

comparing to jimmy's i still found his aiactv3 a lot better and realistic ! but keep up man!

(to jimmy : although jimmy's crash the game if u go without going into practice mode b4 your game)

Personally Jimmy's aiact is NOT better than mine. Its NOT "Realistic" as you people would call it. But I don't care. As far as my aiact, I'm still working on it. Hook shots are takin' out because They Was Pissin' Me Off during the game. As far as Dunking from the 3pt line. Its fixed. But you guys most know, I sure as hell ain't doin' this aiact to please you all. Whatever I do is by my choice and my choice only and it only gets worked on when I'm bored out of my mind. BUT a new preview might be released soon.

What aiact do you think i should use for realisitic streetball gameplay in the street mod? I use superstar 5min quarters default action sliders.

I honestly don't know. I haven't had the chance to check out the Street Mod. Does it switch everything to the point where you can't play a regular game in Arenas or is it just a add on?

It switches everything. Different divisions have different street courts.

wheres the final version??? oh yea...something I think should b fixed is the fact that players sometimes just glide out of no where to lay the ball up...the animation seems canned it looks kinda wierd

I tried out one AIACT that I thought had a lot of potential, not sure which one it was, but they made the dunk packs by player, they even had a dunkpack for guys who would really only dunk on breakaways and stuff, it made that part of the game a lot more realistic, some of the alleyoops were off.

Anyway not trying to diss anyone's AIACT, I'm sure this is a lot of work and commend whoever tries it.

I've already addressed the few issues I saw with this one.

I got confused, I have been trying lil vc's, not jimmy's...

Couple of things here.

The jumpshooting is off, the guys are mainly shooting one handed, off balance jumpers.

Also every player when they get to the hole is using the one handed-runner.

I do love the fact that each player has its own dunkpack, its very realistic to be able to make guys who only dunk on breakaways and what not.

that would be awesome but sadly i don't think there's gonna be any. i wish i knew how to open those .act files in the .viv or how to identify the animations

Everyone please look at the first post.

I would really love to release a tutorial to the aiact but it is VERY difficult and too hard to explain. The best way you can go about it is to go inside the dunk file and mess around with that. Look at it and you'll see that there is a pattern between each dunk. When you learn what each dunk code is. Write the dunk down then you'll remember it. But its much harder than it seems.

the aiact is still being worked on but Its coming along GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! New Features include:

Scorers such as Vince Carter, Wade, Bryant, Tmac and Carmelo will have all layups through the lane on command with the FSS buttons but will be able to bust out CRAZY fast break dunks on command with there own Dunkpacks.

Post Scorers are alot better now and its fun to get the ball down in the post now. Alot of Lay Ups, Hook Shots and basic dunks for KG, Jermaine O' Neal and others.

Glitchs have finally been fixed. I'm doing my best on all of the work even though. I'm a manager now at my job Very Happy 21 years old and already a manager (SOUNDS GOOD TO ME) but I'll continue to work on the file to make it the best I possibly can.

Superstars should be Special Scorers OR Highflyers and others where they will try to dunk on you all the time?
