SPURS DEFEATED, MAVS GOING TO CONFERENCE FINAL
American Airlines Center, Dallas
Mavericks won 2-0
Mavericks are going to conference finals after another victory against San Antonio Spurs!
San Antonio Spurs, the best team in the regular season, ended the season sadly as they lost to Mavs.
There was 3rd victory over Spurs for the Mavs this season, because they won against them in the regular.
The game started very slow, with great defensive play. Teams had only for 8 points in the middle of the quarter.
The 1st quarter ended with advantage of Spurs, but then Mavericks started to demonstrate their real game.
Dirk Nowitzki was the scoring machine, and Tyson Chandler was stopping Tim Duncan very often.
After 2 quarter - 11 points lead by the Mavs. They continued their job in the 3rd also.
Marquis Daniels was doing good job in the 3rd, with 8 points in a row and several assists.
When the score was 10 points by the Mavs and it was left about 3 minutes Spurs started deciding attacks.
And they were closing the game easily, only 1 point was left at the 0.35 seconds left.
But then Howard made very important layup, and after that they missed 3 pointer and need to foul.
Harris made only 1 point, so he has left some chances for the Spurs, but Ginobili missed another shot.
And it was over with 2 more points from the free throw line from Harris. Mavericks celebrated the victory.
Dirk Nowitzki was the player of the game with 27 points and 8 rebounds and was true leader of the team.
Tim Duncan had not that great night as the previous game, he had 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Ginobili scored 19 points, but played very selfish, with no assists, also no rebounds from him.
Now Mavericks will face with Phoenix Suns, which won against Grizzlies one more time.
There will be great match against Suns, trying to isolate Stoudemire, Marion and Nash.
At the EAST Cavaliers have won against Pacers again, and LeBron made his first run in the finals.
Fans favourite Charlotte Bobcats lost against Nets and will try to win at home in the deciding game.

MAVERICKS FALL AT AMERICA WEST ARENA AGAINST SUNS
America West Arena, Phoenix
Suns lead 1-0
Dallas Mavericks suffered a bitter defeat, falling to Phoenix Suns 91 : 104.
One more loss and they will be out of hopes of the Championship title.
Steve Nash was terrific this night, he scored 31 points, also had 6 assists and 5 steals.
He was anounced as the player of this game and was main factor of Mavericks loss.
Teams were playing more defense in this game and at the first quarter Suns gained some lead.
In the 2nd they increased the lead, as Nowitzki was really struggling on offense.
Mavericks tried to find other key players to break Suns defense, but effort was useless.
The lead was about 15 by the Suns in the 4th quarter, and then Mavericks started to play better.
They closed the lead to 5 points, but it was not enough. Two more 3 pointers by Nash and it was over.
Amare Stoudemire had great impact in this game, scoring 16 points and collecting 12 rebounds.
Marion had 13 points, rookie Carpenter 14, Diaw added 9 from the bench.
From the Mavericks Nowitzki had 25 points, having 13 points in the 4th quarter.
Howard and Daniels combined for 14 points and Tyson Chandler had 10 points, 6 rebs, 3 blocks.
Jerry Stackhouse has suffered the injury in this game, but is not known how many games he will miss.

JERRY STACKHOUSE IS OUT OF PLAYOFFS
Jerry Stackhouse has suffered serious injury, that will cause him to miss remaining playoff games.
He felt pain after the bad fall to the ground, but trainer didn't how the serious injury was.
But after the game the medical staff examined him and anounced that he will be unplayable for 3 weeks.
It is very sad loss for the Mavs. He was the best bench player on the Mavs, replacing starting guards.
Mavericks staff just hope that they will be strong enough without him and will be able to defeat Suns.
