I've been listening to alot of Incubus and Dave Matthews Band lately.

Current rotation

Incubus - Wish You Were Here
Gnarls Barkley - Crazy
RHCP - Dani California
Arctic Monkeys - When the sun comes down

Wed May 03, 2006 11:10 pm

Incubus is teh pwn. (Y)

Morning View isn't one of their better albums though. You should listen to SCIENCE and Make Yourself. (Y) Particularly SCIENCE... that album is one of my all-time favs.

Unfortunately these days as they're getting older, they lost their edge. But they still have some pretty cool ideas.

I wanna see Dave Matthews Band next time they come round to Adelaide, they were supposed to be awesome

Sun May 07, 2006 6:24 pm

Oh I like them too... Alexisonfire I'd suggest

Hey, It's Your Funeral Mama
No Transitory
That Girl Possessed
Polaroids of Polarbears

And also try and get some City & Color stuff... it's the lead singers side project. Ben knows more about this.

I would of...but it's the first time I logged on in a week or so, and didn't have time to write a long post at the time.

Nice man, CMW are TOO slept on. Always get overlooked because of the prominence of NWA in that era.

You've probably got a advance, retail hasn't leaked yet. Although will do soon.

On another note, any aussie hip hop fans should definetely check out Melbourne rapper Infallable's debut album. Shit is great, The Demise is one of the best storytelling tracks in aussie hip hop.

I'm reviewing it for Underrated Mag, so I'll link ya'll to the review when it's done. Also got N'Fa (from 1200 Techniques) debut album, will be reviewing that also.

Yeah it is the advance version, it isn't that good though... For The Nasty is the pwn whilst 'she's my bitch' is just terrible..

I saw the tracklisting earlier today, got some nice guest apps. Although there's far too many (only 3 solo cuts). And I would of liked to see him expose Papoose some more.

But the only track he features on is the Touch It Remix
