Ray is on track to break it, its just a matter of if he keeps it up and if he stays healthy... He is definitley capable of playing it, he has five years left on his contract so he'll be playing for some team (assuming he's healthy) until he's 35, from then on who knows.....

I think he will, but I don't know. There seems to be something seperating Ray Allen from superstars like Kobe, LeBron, T-Mac, etc... All he does is shoot isn't it?

i'm all for him not breaking it. just like barry bonds. i strongly dislike barry, same with ray. though i'm with ray on the bowen is a dirty dirtbag thing, that's true, obviously.

that's what he's labeled as but he can & does a lot more. People seem to forget that he was in a slam dunk comp too.

jus cause ray shoots a lot does not mean he is not up there with T-mac and other he has a smooth jumper he also drives the ball alot the only thing he might lack is defense but who cares i love ray!!

When Ray is on fire he is as unstoppable as anyone in the league except those few guys like an on kobe or any sort of shaq or something...

In the playoffs last year vs the Kings the Kings threw everything at him and he was making 3's and jumpers that make those cock back fader jumpers kobe does look easy. And he can dunk too, he dunked right in Tim Duncan's face last year in the playoffs, i was at that game it was pretty sweet, and he dunked in Andre Miller's face pretty badly at the end of this season too.... He's a great player, and when he's on he's worth what the sonics pay him.
