corrupted coach files

Hi guys! I've installed some patches recently and Avery Johnson's face doesn't appear anymore. Could anybody please send me a correct coaches.dbf and avjohns.viv files (my e-mail mteodorc@ix.urz.uni-heidelberg.de) or upload them somewhere? Thanks in advance.

All you need to do is rename the Avery Johnson player face patch AEJOHNS.viv and change the PLAYERPKG for Avery Johnson in players.dbf to AEJOHNS.
