Personally i think he is kind of a whiner, but the problem with portland is, noone there gets enough minutes, especially not zach randolph, but thats the disadvantage of having a team full of stars.

i think that courtney alexander should get some more playing time. he has certainly proven himself as a scorer while he was in washington. now that he is in New Orleans, he is not getting enough minutes and washington made a terrible mistake in trading courtney alexander for juan dixon. juan dixon is alright, but i just don't think hes as good as courtney

I agree with Ben. Bobby Simmons is a good player, just way to underrated. It's a shame if the Wizards don't resign him. I also think Christian Laettner as well. He is a tough defender and he is a very good inside shooter.

Christian Laettner starts and plays quite a bit and also at the end of games so I think he gets what he deserves...

I think Bobby Simmons needs more PT too.. He got quite a bit of time and showed some good range on his shot. I think he'll be a good role player next year with Jordan and possibly Stackhouse gone...

I think Danny Fortson should get some more time. In his first five seasons, he averaged double digit rebounds three times. In 2000-2001 he only played 6 games but averaged 16 rebounds and 16 points. This year he only played 17 games and only averaged 13 minutes...

Kedrick Brown needs more time too. He's shown some awesome potential and athleticism from when I've seen him play, but he's only on the floor about 13 minutes. I thought he'd do better this year than he did last year, but his stats barely improved and he only went .6 up in points...

Qyntell Woodsof Portland, should definitely try and get on a team where he can get some minutes. I thought he was a steal in the draft after being projected to be in the high lottery and being passed up until #17. But it turns out that his team is stacked. I remember SLAM doing an article on him before the draft, and said that he'd be awesome and shit and a candidate for rookie of the year. But he only averaged 6 minutes and two points this season...

Some other guys with large potential and too little playing time: Tierre Brown(though the Cavs have some other really good, young PG's), Rafer Alston(put up some really good stats as a starter before Alvin Williams came back, I think he's better than Williams), Ansu Sesay, Chris Wilcox and Melvin Ely(what were the Clippers thinking, drafting two power forwards in the lottery when they already have Elton Brand)

I read that awesome SLAM article about Qyntel, which is why he's always my 7-8 pick in a franchise draft.

My vote would have to go to Zach Randolph.

Neither one of these boys can play a lick of defense or have any understanding of the triangle at all. That's why they don't play. Now I'm not ready to completely give up on Kareem just yet, but Slava is fucking hopeless. Don't be fooled by those jumpers he made in the playoffs, it ain't no way in hell he could become a big factor on the squad. He just doesn't learn from his mistakes. He's like Samaki Walker's dumbass, always committing the same stupid as fuck fouls or just being lost on the court. Phil and Kobe both said that it just ain't no getting through to him.
No Phil, No Shaq, No Mailman, No Rudy, No Chemistry or Cohesivness....

wEll...you're right...he doesn't fit in the triangle offense...so my suggestion would be to trade Slava to a team that has less dificult plays.....if he goes to the spurs he could easily use Duncan's palys which are pretty simple.....and then get more minutes.....one way or another...he should be traded...

while Rush would learn the triangle offense if given the chance...

Michael Bradley will likely see more minutes next season as well. I'm counting on him to average a double double if his improvement keeps up. He's been said to work very hard again this offseason.

You could say that for anything

I, being the person who has bashed "I Want My Mommy" the most on the NLSC, believe that Kwame will have a good opportunity this season, especially if Stackhouse leaves. Eddie Jordan is a good coach for him as well, look what wonders he's worked with Kenyon Martin.

I think Bobby Simmons needs more PT too.. He got quite a bit of time and showed some good range on his shot. I think he'll be a good role player next year with Jordan and possibly Stackhouse gone...

He's also got a killer post-up game. His size allows him to kill guards in the post, but he's still quick enough to get past most forwards and handle guards. He's also a fairly good defender who could become a very good one under Jordan.

I think he's talented but his talent is just too raw and not refined enough(I hope this makes sense). But all he seems to do is complain about not getting enough PT. And then when he does get in the game, he makes careless mistakes sometimes and you start to understand why a guy like Christian Laettner is starting over Kwame, especially during the end of the season, where the Wizards were in the race for the 8th spot.

I think that guys like Brown, Curry, Chandler, and Diop, gone to college then they'd be better players. They just didn't know the basics their first years, which is why they struggled. They're lucky they even got drafted. Some guys like D'Angelo Collins and Lenny Cooke(I think that's his name) were all-stars in high school, and thought they could make the draft, without going to college. Now they're somewhere that isnt't the NBA or the NCAA.
