The NBA Finals series I most want to see.

I would pay to see Kobe vs T-mac in the finals with no Shaq. It would be great to see them go head 2 head, and with the terrible talent that would surround them I think it would go 7 games.I think Kobe would win because he has more competetive drive than T-Mac has shown me so far.

barring a trade, we'll most likely only get to see these guys face off twice a year. that's too bad...

i wanted to see a mavs/nets finals this year. would have been a fun series to watch

Yeah as much as i love TD and the Spurs i have to agree that a Mavs, Nets finals series would have been fun to watch.

If the Magic can sign a decent big man with the (reported) 4.8 mil they can get for GHill being out they may make it too the finals next year. Lakers are gonna be scary next year if:

1. Snaquille can get back into shape which he is reportedly doing (already signed a personal trainer to get in shape in the OS).

2. They can sign a decent pf (Howard, Malone, Tyrone Hill, PJ etc)

3. they can get a decent backup pg with their 24th overall pick.

4. Kobe fully recovers from his shoulder surgery and gets back into good condition.

I'm already excited as ever about next years nba season. With a great draft class coming in, a lot of quality free agents moving about and a host of high profile coaching changes next year is gonna rock.!!!

I'm dreaming that TJ Ford falls that far. :D NBADraft.net had Troy Bell at the Lakers number 32 pick. And they have Leandro Barbosa at the Pistons pick right after the Lakers.

If I wanted to see that, why not just play one-on-one in Live...the best part of basketball is the team play...not one-on-one garbage that's incessantly boring...

I personally wouldn't mind seeing the two of them battle over 7 games, but would rather watch a battle like Bird versus Magic, where they don't necesseraly guard eachother, but are the leaders on teams which play entertaining team ball. They should set up a pay-per-view between MacDroopy and Fobe, like boxing, with a nice big purse. I remember someone wanting to do this with Shaq and Hakeem in the mid 90's, but it would have been to boring.
Anyway, sorry to go off topic there...

I remember that. It was going to be a one on one PPV between Shaq and Hakeem in the 1995 offseason - right after the 1995 NBA Finals, where most people saw Shaq and Hakeem go one on one for four games for free.
