Rookie salary

I use a modified version of Ben's roster patch that uses some sort of adjusted salaries to reflect real salary caps.
The problem is: the minimum salary is about 320K but lottery pick players usually get 50K-80K salaries in the game... less than the 2nd rounders. Does someone know what is the problem? Can it be corrected?

The problem lies in the salary.ini file. There's no way to correct it in a Franchise that has already been started though.

I tried to start a new franchise with new parameters but the problem is still there.
I don't know... maybe my salary.ini file is incomplete but I don't have another to compare. Which is exactly the line I need to change?
